We allow users with Trial services to stop using the service
at any time, and paid users to cancel their paid plan at any
time, with such cancellation taking effect at the next
renewal date.
If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you
will retain access to paid features until the end of your
subscription period. When your subscription expires, you
will lose access to paid features.
Refunds
We offer a refund, if the users due to any cause wish to
terminate the paid subscription before the completion of the
subscription period. However, our policy lasts 7 days from
the date of payment for the subscription.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send
you an email to notify you that we have received your refund
request. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and
a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a certain amount of
days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank
account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time
before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time
before a refund is posted.
